Manual Call Sharing Capability to Push All Calls into CRM

Any call—including Operator calls—can now be manually shared into CRM. In addition to automatic shares from specifically configured extensions, any call in a user's Car Wars account can be manually shared into CRM.

This new capability ensures CRM records include all relevant calls.

To share a call that occurred outside the automatic sharing configured extension, click the “share” icon and select any of the shares set up for the account to share the call.

If the account is set up with multiple shares, select the appropriate place to share the call.

If you're a current client, this capability is only available when your account is set up with shares. Contact Support to ensure shares are correctly populating in your account so you can leverage this feature!
