Eligibility: Raffle is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Limitations on Entries: Limit four entries per person.
Entry Period: Entries begin on February 1st, 2022 at 12:00 AM PST and close on March 13th, 2022 at 12:00 PM PST. Winner will be randomly chosen on March 13th, 2022 at 12:30 PM PST.
How to Enter: Participants will receive one (1) raffle ticket at Booth #6513N at the 2022 NADA Expo for completing a discovery call with a Car Wars employee prior to the 2022 NADA Expo. Participants will receive up to three (3) more tickets at Booth #6513N for completing a demo of Car Wars (1 ticket), Vistadash (1 ticket), and GoTo connect (1 ticket). Participants will be asked to provide basic contact information, including name, street address, phone number, and email address for notification purposes. No purchase is necessary. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize of $5,000 will be awarded to the winner in the form of a check. Prize will be mailed to winner via United States Postal Service. Prize is valued at $5,000. Prize is non-transferrable.
Drawing: Winner will be selected via random drawing and notified via email within one (1) hour of drawing. Winner will be mailed a check in the amount of $5,000 upon confirmation of his/her mailing address. Inability of sponsor to contact winner by email within seventy-two (72) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at sponsor's discretion. Winner does not need to be present to win.
Odds: Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible participants.
General Terms: Winner is responsible for payment of all taxes on the prize. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE RAFFLE. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner's name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.
