Eligibility: Raffle is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Limitations on Entries: Limit two entries per person.
Entry Period: Entries begin on December 18, 2023 at 12:00 AM PST and close on February 4, 2024 at 12:00 PM PST. Three (3) winners will be randomly chosen, one (1) per day, on February 2, 3, and 4, 2024.
How to Enter: Participants will receive one (1) entry at Booth #6919N at the 2024 NADA Expo for prescheduling a demo with a Car Wars employee prior to the 2024 NADA Expo. Participants will receive one (1) additional entry at Booth #6919N for completing a demo of any Car Wars feature or solution, including GoTo. Participants will be asked to provide basic contact information, including name, street address, phone number, and email address for notification purposes. No purchase is necessary. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
Grand Prize: Three (3) prizes valued at $3,077.30 each will be awarded to three (3) unique winners in the form of a $1,000 Southwest Airlines Gift Card, a $1,000 Marriott Hotel Gift Card, an Apple® Watch Series 9, and an Away The Bigger Carry-On: Aluminum Edition Luggage.
Drawing: Winners will be selected via random drawing each day and notified via email and/or text within one (1) hour of drawing. Winners will be given physical prizes at NADA 2024 and be responsible for any shipping or travel costs to get items to their homes or post-conference destinations. Inability of sponsor to contact winners by email within twenty-four (24) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winners and alternate winners may be selected in a random drawing at sponsor's discretion. Winners do not need to be present to win.
Odds: Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible participants.
